Operator-Led Business Building

We Don't Just
Build Businesses.
We Become Partners.

Crawford Business & Growth partners with ambitious entrepreneurs to turn ideas into operating companies. We contribute hands-on expertise, business systems, and execution in exchange for equity ownership.

WE BUILD. WE GROW. WE OWN.
From Opportunity to Operating Company

Your vision.
Our shared work.

An idea needs a business around it. A growing company needs structure behind it. We join founders in doing that work and take responsibility for an agreed part of the business.

How We Work

A partnership built step by step.

Start with the opportunity. Agree on the work. Build a company together.

  1. Apply

Tell us about your idea or existing company, your experience, and what you want to build.

  2. Evaluate

We assess the founder, market opportunity, business model, growth potential, and fit for a working partnership.

  3. Partner

When the fit is strong, we agree on ownership, responsibilities, decision-making authority, and compensation.

  4. Build

We work alongside you on business infrastructure, operations, marketing, sales, and the systems needed to execute.

  5. Scale

We develop leadership and repeatable systems so the company can grow with less day-to-day founder involvement.

Equity for Execution

Shared Ownership.
Shared Success.

We primarily invest our time, expertise, operational systems, leadership, and hands-on execution in exchange for an ownership interest in selected companies.

You bring your industry knowledge, ambition, and commitment. Together, we define how to build the company, who is responsible for the work, and how ownership and compensation reflect those contributions.

Every agreement is specific to the opportunity. CBG may be a minority, equal, or majority partner. There is no standard equity percentage, and cash investment is not our primary contribution.

What shapes the agreement?

  • Business development stage and existing company value
  • Founder contributions and CBG’s responsibilities
  • Operational involvement and resources required
  • Growth opportunities and long-term expectations
Ownership, authority, responsibilities, compensation, and milestones are discussed before either party commits. Applying does not transfer any ownership.
