1. Services

CBG provides AI-enabled receptionist configuration, call handling workflows, lead capture, supported integrations, campaign management and related services described in the applicable order.

2. Fees; setup; minimum term

Unless an order states otherwise, the AI Receptionist is $899 per month plus a $499 one-time setup fee. Customer agrees to an initial minimum commitment of three monthly service periods.

3. No guaranteed business results

CBG does not guarantee a particular number of leads, calls, booked appointments, sales, revenue, conversions, closed jobs, response rate or uninterrupted availability.

4. Customer data and instructions

Customer represents that it has all rights and lawful authority necessary for business names, scripts, offers, contact lists, call instructions and other information provided to CBG.

5. Outbound campaigns

Outbound campaign activation is discretionary and subject to CBG compliance review. Customer is responsible for the lawful origin and use of contact lists and compliance with applicable law.

6. Recording, transcription and AI disclosure

Where enabled, calls may be processed, transcribed or recorded through third-party telephony or AI providers.

7. Third-party platforms and usage

Services may depend on Stripe, Supabase, Vapi, telephony carriers, AI model providers, hosting, email, calendars or other third parties.

8. Suspension

CBG may suspend service for nonpayment, failed billing, suspected unlawful conduct, abusive usage, security risk, provider restrictions, campaign compliance concerns or material breach.

9. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CBG from third-party claims arising from Customer-provided lists, lack of required consent, unlawful recording, Customer offers or scripts, Customer-provided data, or Customer’s breach.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CBG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or lost-profit damages.

11. Security and credentials

Customer is responsible for safeguarding its account credentials. CBG may revoke portal access when a subscription is canceled, unpaid, suspended or otherwise ineligible.
